Terms And Conditions
- The penthouse weekly rental fee is £400 throughout the year irrespective of season with the exception of Christmas and New Year.
- For Christmas and New Year the fee is £800 per week.
- All bookings require a £200 deposit payable at the time the booking is confirmed. (Until the deposit is received the apartment will be 'provisionally reserved').
- Also in addition a £50 Damage Waiver Deposit payable on booking will also be required. This fee will be fully re-funded upon receipt by us of keys, with confirmation that no damage has occurred during your stay.
- The full outstanding balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure.
- If there are any cancellations the deposit will not be re-fundable. The damage waiver fee will of course be re-fundable.
- The Penthouse is a strictly no smoking apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
